Works almost like magic. It does take some scrubbing effort, but remove only 3 mm of tape off one end (unlike the banggood photo shows) so the glass fibers are held tightly grouped against the surface. Since these are glass fibers, any time you use it on a surface where food is likely to contact, be sure to thoroughly wash the surface so you don't injest the bits of glass fiber -- save your health! I'm going to see if it helps the old brushed aluminum cover of my motor cycle muffler to see if it makes it like new again. I think it will!
